Most runners will race 5-7 times. Some may choose to continue their seasons by participating in the KTC Cross Country Program during the month of November, while others may be finished after Region or State and elect not to continue.
We will run either the Memphis Twilight meet or the Jesse Owens meet, but not both.
*The Region Meet takes place during our Fall Break. If you are among our top 15 runners, you are expected to run at the Region Meet. If you do not plan to run at the Region Meet, your season will end on October 1.
