2010 ORHS Cross CountryCamp is August 2-6 at Pickett State Park. Camp information is now located on the "Student Handouts" page.

 

Instructions for camp registration:

 

1) Parents and/or athletes will meet at 5:30 PM on Monday, July 26, in the Civics Room to get camp information, turn in all camp forms, and pay for camp ($200/runner). This is the only time we want for you to do this. Please do not attempt to do this at practice!

 

2) Returning runners may count on getting a minimum of 35 miles at practice between July 21-31 if they come to each scheduled practice. Those miss practice and have talked to Coach about it must run those miles on their own. All Summer Mileage files are due in my email inbox (aetheridge@ortn.edu) by Friday, July 30. (Those who are trying to get the mileage incentive should turn this in, but you'll also turn it in again on August 28 if you want the shirt.)
